Before taking the ALCAT test, I was bloated and was carrying a lot of water weight.  Try as I might, I couldn’t lose any weight, no matter how stringently I dieted or how faithfully I exercised.  I was extremely fatigued and would often take a nap after work.  I never had a good night’s sleep because my indigestion was so bad it would keep me awake for hours every night.  My sinuses drained constantly.  Both my eyelids twitched nearly constantly & my right eye wouldn’t open all the way.  My joints didn’t work right and if I squatted down, I couldn’t get up without help.  I have none of those symptoms now, as long as I stay away from my reactive foods.  Thank you so very much.
